beef chicken nuggets

Ingredients

  • Grass finished ground beef
  • Chicken breast - 2 sliced thinly sliced(ask your butcher to slice for you)
  • Grass finished tallow
  • Eggs 2
  • Rice flour - 1/2 cup
  • Salt

Steps

1Chicken flour. Placed thinly sliced chicken on a cooling rack.
2In the oven 180f for 8-9 hours until completely dry, flip every 2 hours or so.
3Blend.
4Place in a bowl.
5Add rice flour to a bowl.
6Crack 2 eggs, mix.
7Shape ground beef into nuggets.
8Dip in rice flour, then in egg, then in chicken flour.
9Add tallow to a pan.
10Add nuggets and cook until golden brown (about 2-3 min per side).
11Place on a cooling rack. Let rest for 10 min.
