bone marrow pavlova
Ingredients
- Egg whites - 8 eggs
- Organic coconut sugar - 1/4 cup
- Organic apple cider vinegar - a splash
- Grass fed cream - 3/4 cup
- Grass fed bone marrow - 1
- Organic maple syrup - a splash
- Organic berries (topping)
Steps
1Mix 8 egg whites in a blender on medium speed.
2While mixing add in the coconut sugar and add a splash of apple cider vinegar.
3Shape into pavlovas.
4Important note: we only filmed the big one we made but we also made smaller ones. The big one is not as stable and started breaking on us. Make them into smaller shapes like the one I’m holding at the end.
5Oven 250f.
6Anywhere between 1.5-2 hours in the oven depending on your oven. You want it to be firm and dry.
7Let it rest.
8Increase oven to 350f.
9Add bone marrow for 20 min.
10Add cream and bone marrow into a blender. Add a splash of maple. Blend for a few sec to create a rich cream.
11Assemble your pavlovas.Top wth berries.
