cheesy olive chips
Ingredients
- Grana Padano (or Parmigiano Reggiano)
- Kalamata olives
Steps
1Preheat oven to 350f.
21 cup of olives, place in a cheesecloth and squeeze them - try to get as much liquid out.
3Place on unbleached parchment paper and flatten with a rolling pin. Grade cheese. In the oven until golden brown (about 30 min).
4Place on a cooling rack and let rest.
