Collagen-packed magnum
Ingredients
- Grass fed cream cheese - 200g
- Whole A2 milk - 1/2 cup
- Organic maple syrup - a splash
- Organic vanilla bean - 1/3 of real vanilla bean OR a touch of extract
- Organic lemon - 1/2
- Organic freeze dried strawberries - 1/4 cup
- Raw honey - 1tspn
- Organic unsweetened chocolate - 1/2 cup
- Organic cold pressed coconut oil - 1tbs (add to chocolate when melting)
Steps
1In a bowl.
2Cream cheese, milk, maple, vanilla bean.
3Add 4 scoops of @nakednutrition Naked marine collagen for the type 1 collagen that’s great for hair, skin, and nails.
4Mix, and pour into a popsicle mould. Set aside.
5For our swirl: Squeeze half a lemon, crush freeze-dried strawberries, add 1 tsp of honey and mix.
6Then add a bit to each popsicle and mix.
7Freeze for at least 6 hours.
8When frozen, melt chocolate with coconut oil, and a touch of maple (if unsweetened).
9Dip popsicle, and in the freezer for 5 min.
