Healthiest ice cream sandwich
Ingredients
- Organic coconut flour - 1/2 cup
- Organic shredded coconut - 1/2 cup
- Organic maple syrup
- Organic unsweetened chocolate chips
- Grass fed butter - 1 stick
- Organic eggs - 2
- Organic bananas - 2
- Organic vanilla bean - 1/3
- Organic maple syrup - 1.5 shots
Steps
1I made the cookie first in the video, but when you make this, you’d do the ice cream first.
2Blend 2 scoops of @nakednutrition Naked Goat, 2 bananas, half a shot of maple syrup, and a third of vanilla bean.
3Freeze. If you have an ice cream machine go for it, if not it still works!
4To make your cookies mix 2 scoops of @nakednutrition Naked Goat, organic coconut flour (1/2 cup).
5Toast the shredded coconut and mix in.
6In a separate bowl whip butter. Then add one egg, one egg yolk, and a full shot of maple syrup. Mix.
7Then it’s as simple as mixing the drys with the wets. Shape into cookies on a baking sheet (I use unbleached parchment paper), top with chocolate chips, and bake at 350f for 15-20 min, or when starting to look golden.
8Take out of the oven, let them cool. Put your ice cream sandwich together and enjoy!
