no peanut peanut butter cups
Ingredients
- Regenerative 100% grass fed beef tallow (link to best tallow in the world on in my bio) - 3 tablespoons
- Organic butternut squash - we need a bit so you can eat the rest
- Raw honey - 1 tablespoon
- Organic date syrup - 1.5 tablespoon
- Goat milk’s powder
- Organic unsweetened chocolate
Steps
1Cut butternut squash to cubes - in the oven at 375f for 25-30min or until cooked.
2Meanwhile, melt chocolate with 1 tablespoon of tallow and 1 teaspoons of date syrup.
3Use small unbleached baking cups, cover the bottom and sides in the chocolate and turn up side down - put in the freezer for a few min.
4When butternut squash is ready, mash with a fork, than add 2 tablespoons of tallow, raw honey, 1 tablespoon of date syrup (for color), and mix.
5Then add goat milk’s powder to reach the desired filling consistency - see the consistency I got in the video.
6Then add the filling to the middle of each baking cup - make sure to leave room on the side - then add melted chocolate on the sides and top so it can seal.
7Freeze.
