Way better Reese’s cups

Ingredients

  • Organic butternut squash - 1
  • Organic MCT oil - splash
  • Organic unsweetened chocolate - 1 bar
  • Organic coca butter - 2 teaspoons
  • Organic maple syrup - splash
  • Organic raw honey - about 3 tablespoons (sweeten the filling to taste)
  • Organic coconut flour - 1/4 cup

Steps

1Preheat oven to 375f.
2Cut butternut squash into small pieces. Add MCT oil, in the oven for 30 min to cook and caramelize.
3Melt chocolate, add coca butter, maple.
4Use unbalanced small baking cups- line with melted chocolate, make sure to get the sides. Set in freezer to set.
5Take butternut squash out the oven. Mash. When cool add honey. Mix. Add coconut flour. Mix.
6Shape filling into a disc- make sure to leave room on the sides for the chocolate to close in (see in the video).
7Seal with chocolate.
8In the fridge to set.
